Barcode
The Logitech i02 Bluetooth Digital Pen is simple and straightforward to use. Barcodes can be read by simply ticking a box on a form before the barcode is read. The captured data is then sent via Bluetooth to a mobile phone for onward transmission using GPRS to a server or by simply docking the pen with a PC. Each barcode scan is time-stamped and incorporated into a compatible data file.
The Digital Pen barcode reading function is compatible with most commonly used barcodes – Code 128; Codabar used in libraries and blood banks; Code39 used in military applications; Interleaved 2/5 used for logistics and warehouses; and EAN13 (Jan14, UPC-A) and EAN8 (JAN8) barcodes used in the retail sector.
